Well, the team have put on their thinking hats to Fundraise for Cope Galway. 3 Initiatives will take place over the Summer months.

1. The Great 99 day Challenge (sounds exciting)
2. The return of the 1KM a day swim
3. 100K in a day Step Challenge

Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment are delighted to announce sponsorship for the Kinvara Community Children Center.

A Night at the Races will be held on Saturday 17th June 2023, in Tullys Bar.

Fundraising is required to :

1. To purchase a child and adult specific AED/defibrillator plus an outdoor heated storage unit. After completing a risk assessment the crèche feels it would be prudent to have this onsite. Despite AEDs being present in the community having a vital piece of equipment onsite preventing any delay could be critical if it was ever required. The importance of this piece of equipment is that it will have pads for both children and adults which could be crucial for children less than 55lbs (or circa 8 years old).

2. To refurbish the outdoor play area in the crèche. The outdoor area is in need of a revamp which will include painting, laying new playground mats, renewal of the jungle gym, sensory area for babies, outdoor water source, canopy for wet days and purchasing new toys.

3. To provide more equipment for the afterschool. This will include outdoor equipment to promote movement, play and a healthy environment.

KCCC are seeking help from businesses and companies in the form of sponsorship and/or commodities/services for the raffle and auction that we will be holding during the fundraiser.

Sponsorship: a monetary amount would be greatly appreciated. This will result in promotion of your company prior to the race and on said evening.

Raffle or auction prize: donation of commodities or services will be greatly appreciated.
