Terms of Service for Candidates  

Effective Date 15 January 2019

Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment may require you to provide us with information such as your name, e-mail address, employment history, work experience, educational background and skill set in order for you to be forwarded for a suitable position. You agree to provide us with documents that we may request in order to validate your credentials. We will review the information that you provide to us during the registration process, in person or electronically and we may also review any other information about you that is publicly available. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept or reject your registration to use our services. You will receive a confirmation email upon registering successfully with Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment confirming that you are now part of our talent pool.

Note: You must always provide accurate, honest and up to date information at all times. Candidates, who provide information that is inaccurate, may have their account/ profile deleted / terminated without notice.

Candidate Registration

By registering with Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment, you agree to provide accurate and honest information on any application forms provided and will ensure that the data provided is up to date.

Candidate Responsibilities

You, the candidate agree to use our services responsibly and with decency and in compliance with the law. You agree not to access, copy, or otherwise use any elements or content including our intellectual property and trademarks, except as authorized by these Terms of Service or as otherwise authorized in writing by Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment. Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate, or if we suspect that you are violating, any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any applicable laws. You, the candidate therefore agree that you will not copy, distribute, or disclose any information that forms part of the services provided by Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment. Furthermore it is expressly forbidden to stalk, harass, bully or harm others impersonate any person or entity hack, spam, phish, or otherwise provide untruthful, false, fraudulent, manipulative, or post inflammatory content to any site that Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment is responsible for.


In addition to the indemnification obligations set forth in the Terms of Service for Candidates, Candidates agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to their engagement/placement.

Changes to these Terms

Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment reserves the right to change these terms of service. We may update these terms of service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service for Candidate on this page.

We will let you, the candidate know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Terms of Service for Candidates page.

Continuous use of Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment services represents acceptance of any new terms. The candidate is responsible for regularly checking the terms of service on the company website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of Ireland and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.
