‘Pathways Education and Careers Conference 2024’

Post By Bhavya Batia 18th Nov 24

THIS is why I love what I do, everyday. :)

I had an amazing opportunity to represent Pale Blue Dot®Recruitment Limited with my colleagues at the ‘Pathways Education and Careers Conference’ on November 12th, organised by the Galway Advertiser. Being there, among a sea of bright young faces, was a strong reminder of why I love my role as a Marketer!

In a casual conversation with our founder the night before the event, as we were setting up, he said something that stayed with me. He pointed out that our presence at the event wasn’t just about our brand, it was about a commitment, an unsaid duty to help build the future of tomorrow.

On the day of the event, we had over 1,500 students who came by to learn, ask questions, and explore what MedTech might hold for them. Their curiosity and excitement were absolutely contagious! Watching them light up as they discovered the possibilities of a career in MedTech was everything. I felt incredibly proud to help connect them to this world and, hopefully, help some of them see where they belong in it!

As someone in Marketing, it’s easy to see these events as a chance to show up for the company, but this one, was about showing up for the next generation. Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment wasn’t just present there to represent MedTech but also to help young people take their first steps towards shaping the industry themselves.

It was such a meaningful day, reminding me that what I do is so much more than simply ‘Marketing’. It’s about creating moments that might spark someone’s passion, moments that just might be the beginning of something big.

So grateful that I get to do this! Here’s to events like Pathways that let us make an impact!

Volunteering Day 2024

Date: 4th Sept 24
Location: Day Centre Cope Galway

The team at Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment recently volunteered their time to support COPE Galway by revitalizing a community garden. Throughout the day, they engaged in strimming, cutting, planting, and gave a special contribution by donating the tools used to ensure the garden’s upkeep. This effort not only enhanced the space but also left a lasting impact on the community, making it a rewarding and fulfilling experience for everyone involved.
