Volunteer Day with Cope Galway 2025

At Pale Blue Dot Recruitment, we are always mindful that our work exists within a much wider human and social context. In July, we had the privilege of spending time at the COPE Galway Charity Shop in Newtownsmith, where our team members Lisa, Anthony, and Ross were warmly welcomed and given the opportunity to volunteer hands-on.

Stepping away from our desks and into the heart of the community was a powerful reminder that meaningful impact does not require grand gestures. Sometimes it is simply about showing up, rolling up your sleeves, and contributing where you can—sorting donations, supporting vital operations, and standing alongside organisations that make a tangible difference every day.

As long-standing supporters of COPE Galway, we deeply admire the organisation’s commitment to empowering individuals, strengthening families, and building inclusive communities. While Pale Blue Dot Recruitment is a small team, we firmly believe that scale does not define significance. What matters is intention, consistency, and a genuine willingness to contribute to the wellbeing of the wider community we all share.
