Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment moving to 9/78 Schedule

Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment will be moving to a “9/78 Schedule” from June 2021. This means each member of staff will enjoy second Friday off. The new working hours will enable more scheduled time off for our dedicated team so that many a long week end can be had over the summer without taking holidays. The new schedule will not impact operational hours as this arrangement has been developed so that a number of employees will always be present every Friday. This change is another measure taken by the organisation as part of their overall employee wellness program.
